Some weekends feel special in a soft way… and this Easter felt like one of those. ✨
Nothing overly elaborate.
Nothing perfectly planned.
Just meaningful moments, family time, and a reminder of what really matters. 💛
There’s something about Easter that just feels hopeful.
Spring is starting to peek through.
The air feels a little lighter.
And there’s this reminder of new beginnings. 🌿
This year, I found myself slowing down and just taking it in by watching Enzo and Lily, noticing their excitement, and appreciating how quickly these holidays change as they grow.
Enzo, now 11, is in that stage where he’s becoming more independent, but I still catch glimpses of that little boy during holidays. The excitement, the smiles, the family moments, I know they don’t last forever, and I found myself really soaking them in. 🥹
And Lily… she brought all the Easter magic. Joyful, excited, and fully embracing every moment the kind of energy that makes holidays feel extra special. ✨

Sometimes I think holidays feel even more meaningful as a parent because you see the joy through your kids’ eyes. 💛
This Easter isn’t about big plans, it’s about being together.
Slower moments
Family time
Laughter around the house
Those simple things fill my heart the most.

There’s something beautiful about holidays that aren’t rushed. Just being present. Just enjoying each other. Just letting the day unfold naturally. 🌷
And because no holiday weekend is complete without something unexpected…
One of the kids dealt with bronchitis this week. 😳
If you don’t know what that is… I’d recommend keeping it that way. 🥴
It was one of those humbling parenting moments that reminds you real life is always happening even during holidays.
Thankfully, medicine worked quickly, and we’re already moving past it… but let’s just say, parenting keeps you on your toes. 😅

This weekend reminded me that Easter isn’t about having everything perfectly planned it’s about remembering why we celebrate in the first place. ✝️💛
It’s about hope.
It’s about grace.
It’s about the kind of love that changed everything.
Because Easter isn’t just about candy or toys it’s about the resurrection, about love that overcame death, and the reminder that no matter how heavy life feels, there is always hope on the other side.✝️🌷
Spending time together as a family
Slowing down enough to be present
Finding peace in the simple moments
Those are the things that stayed with me this Easter.
Easter is…
A reminder of hope.
A reminder of love.
A reminder that even in ordinary moments, there’s something sacred about simply being together. 💛✝️
And honestly… that’s what this Easter felt like. 💛🐰✨
