Some weddings are beautiful because of the flowers. Some are beautiful because of the venue. Some are beautiful because everything is perfectly coordinated.
Yaritza and Jason’s wedding was beautiful because of the people.

The day began with that familiar mix of excitement and nerves that seems to exist at every wedding. As everyone got ready, there was laughter, happy tears, last-minute details, and the anticipation of knowing that after months of planning, the day they had been waiting for had finally arrived.

One of my favorite parts of the morning was watching Yaritza with her mom. There were so many sweet moments between them throughout the day, but seeing her mom there as Yaritza prepared to walk into this new chapter of her life felt especially meaningful. Those quiet moments often become some of the most treasured memories.

As the day unfolded, it became clear that family was at the heart of this celebration. One moment that stood out was watching Yaritza dance with her brother. It was one of those dances that didn’t need a big speech or grand gesture to be emotional. You could see the love, pride, and years of memories they shared simply by the way they smiled at each other.

Yaritza’s aunt served as Maid of Honor and brought so much love and support to the day. Jason’s brother stood beside him as Best Man, offering encouragement, laughter, and the steady support only a brother can provide. Together, they helped make an already special day feel even more meaningful.

Throughout it all, there was an overwhelming sense of joy. Not rushed, chaotic excitement, but the kind that comes from knowing you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be, surrounded by the people who matter most.

As the night went on, DJ Rayford kept the dance floor packed. There was dancing, singing, laughing, and the kind of celebration that makes a wedding fly by way too quickly.

The flower girls absolutely stole the show.
One spent the evening dancing and twirling across the floor without a care in the world. Every time I looked over, she was spinning, smiling, or finding another reason to dance. The other flower girl gave us one of the sweetest moments of the entire night when she finally gave in to exhaustion and fell asleep after a long day of excitement. Those two moments side by side felt like the perfect summary of childhood—one child determined to stay awake for every second of the fun and another who simply couldn’t keep her eyes open any longer.

I Do Parties Too did a wonderful job transforming the reception space into something that felt uniquely Yaritza and Jason. The thoughtful details, beautiful floral touches, and personal nods to family and heritage made the room feel inviting from the moment guests walked through the doors.

But my favorite moments weren’t on the dance floor.

They were the quiet moments.
The moments when Yaritza and Jason forgot there was a room full of people around them.
A quick smile.
A hand on the back.
A look that said more than words ever could.
The kind of moments that aren’t planned and can’t be posed.

The kind of moments that remind you that at the center of all the music, all the laughter, all the dancing, and all the celebration are simply two people who love each other.
That’s what I’ll remember most about this wedding.
Not the decorations. Not the timeline. Not even the dancing.
I’ll remember the way Yaritza and Jason looked at each other when nobody thought anyone was watching.
Congratulations, Yaritza and Jason. Thank you for trusting me to capture such an incredible day. Your wedding was full of love, family, laughter, and some truly unforgettable memories, and I feel lucky to have been a small part of it.
